What’s your favourite album cover of 2017? The Art Vinyl awards are now open

The entires for Art Vinyl‘s annual awards for the best album cover of the year are now open. This means the public can vote for their top three favourite record sleeves of 2017 in the online poll.

What’s your favourite album cover of 2017? Have your say by voting in the Art Vinyl awards.

Founded in London in 2005, the Art Vinyl awards is an opportunity to express your views on the best record cover designs of the year.

Past winners include the art for The Last Shadow Puppets’ Everything You’ve Come to Expect, Klaxons’ Surfing the Void, Thom Yorke’s  cover for The Eraser by regular Radiohead contributor Stanley Donwood, and the 16th century artwork or Fleet Foxes eponymous LP by Dutch artist Pieter Bruegel. Last year more than 15,000 votes were cast.

This year there are 50 album covers to choose from, including ones from Queens of the Stone Age, Gorillaz, Bonobo, Father John Misty, Mount Kimbie, and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard (for Sketches of Brunswick East). Vote here!

The winners will be announced 9th of January 2018.
