With the announcement of a new album, Alex Lahey is hitting the road this June

Good things come in threes, and Alex Lahey has delivered them in spades this morning; a new single, a new album and a huge national tour.

After her smash debut album, I Love You Like A Brother, Lahey is firing on all fronts with no signs of slowing down. Her new single, Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself,  is dropping later this week and it’s the first peek we get at her new album, The Best Of Luck Club.

Later this week, Alex Lahey will release Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself; the first taste of her upcoming sophomore album.

After the huge success of her debut album, scoring trophies, grants and hitting #15 on the Aria charts, Alex Lahey kept on writing, penning most of her next album in Nashville last year.

She then returned home and teamed up with Melbourne raised,  London based, producer Catherine Marks, who has also made records with Wolf Alice and The Wombats.

With her trademark candid lyrics and a sing-along choruses, Alex details the fatigue and stress of being on tour whilst in a relationship. She is taking her single and album on a hot string of dates in June and it’s set to kick off in Adelaide.

The Best Of Luck Club is out Friday 17th May. Check your local venue below:
