Need some design inspo? The Smithsonian just digitised 200,000 items for your viewing pleasure

We love free shit, because who doesn’t? What we love even more is visually appealing free shit, and this could be the motherlode. Cooper Hewitt, also known as the Smithsonian Design Museum, has quietly been digitising their collection, giving you virtual access to over 200,000 items from across a period of 3,000 years.

Better leave a trail of breadcrumbs, you’ll get lost in here forever.
