“Rambunctious yet gently philosophical”: Moonhunter drop their Hypersensitive EP

Adelaide based band, Moonhunter have made a huge return with their much-anticipated debut EP release Hypersensitive.

After the South Australian power duo made waves with their debut single Tell Me Kid, and killer follow up release Inside Out, Moonhunter has cemented themselves as one of the up and comers to watch.

Moonhunter has returned in full force with the much anticipated release of their rambunctious yet gently philosophical, Hypersensitive EP.

Since Moonhunter’s formation, the duo has continually paired their dynamic and utterly hypnotic combination of high energy alternative rock, with the introspective beauty and masterful lyricism of lead vocalist, Steff Esposito.

“Hypersensitive travels through introspective and philosophical themes such as alienation, nostalgia and how we might look to an outside perspective.”

“Esposito uses imaginative lyrics to create a balance between this introspection and philosophy. By combining hypnotising riffs and alluring harmonies, Hypersensitive captures Esposito and Crawford’s powerful chemistry.
”

To celebrate the release of the brand new EP, the boys have organised an epic east coast tour to bring their hectic, all-or-nothing live experiences to the rest of Australia.

Since Moonhunter’s genesis, they’ve landed massive support slots with iconic artists like Stonefield, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets and with Queens of the Stone Age’s Nick Oliveri, with imminently many more on the horizon.
