PREMIERE: Dive into the infectious surfy sounds of Spiral Kites’ new single Soulshaker

Tasmanian five-piece Spiral Kites are the kind of band you can’t help but love. Listening to their incredibly infectious sounds feels like sprawling out on a sun-drenched beach, sipping on an ice-cold cerveza.

It’s the kind of music that will brighten any room you find yourself in… and today, we’re stoked to premiering their new single Soulshaker.

On their seriously infectious new track Soulshaker, Tasmanian five-piece Spiral Kites have given us the ultimate summer jam.

Across the new track, Spiral Kites breeze through an addictive blend of sixties and seventies-inspired surf rock to deliver a sound that’ll you’ll be physically unable to resist grooving to.

With jangly instrumentation and bright vocal hooks, the Hobart band have crafted a song that feels simultaneously nostalgic and fresh; a mesmerising melting pot of summery sounds.

It’s been almost five years now since Spiral Kites released their debut self-titled EP, and in that time they’ve developed a unique sound that’s distinctly their own.

With the release of their debut full-length album The Wayback Machine set for October, it appears we won’t have to wait long to hear where they take their sound next.

For now, do yourself a favour and listen to the new track above.
