PREMIERE: Rising Melbourne songwriter Harris gets messy in his new video Perfume

On his new project, Melbourne singer-songwriter Noah Harris (Fan Girl, The McQueens) approaches his tunes with an endearing charm it’s pretty difficult not to feel gripped by.

His warm vocals and earthy guitar tones will wrap themselves around your body and keep you feeling comforted. It’s a unique quality for an artist to possess, but Harris undoubtedly holds it well.

With captivating, raw vocals and stirring melodies, you’ll be completely enthralled by Melbourne singer-songwriter Harris’ new video Perfume.

Harris’ new track Perfume is a perfect showcase of the artist’s captivating qualities. With stirring vocal melodies and intricate guitar work, the song will stick with you for days. Not that there’ll be any complaints, the track’s incredible.

As it kicks in with a stunning, airy piano line, Perfume flutters around your head before finding immediate grounding in expressive guitar playing and raw vocal work.

Directed by Harry Anderson, the song’s accompanying clip sees the artist get a bit messy, with hands of unknown people shoving fast food and cigarettes into his face, and giving him a shave (I could only spot one cut).

While the video gets a little filthy, the production on Perfect is near to flawless. Do yourself a favour and watch the clip above.

If you want to catch Harris live, he’ll be playing at the Gasometer Hotel in Collingwood this Sunday. More info on that here.
