Spaghetti bolognese is a staple of any red meat-eating muso diet. It’s got iron, it’s got carbs, it’s got enough veggies to tick that off your list. And you know what? It tastes absolutely excellent. There’s a reason we’ve been polishing plates with this business since the 19th century.
Papa’s recipe tackles the classic meal with a rocker’s twist, sourcing fresh (budget) ingredients from the local Woolworths and performing any necessary maintenance with his trusty bowie knife.
