Every year Laneway showcases a plethora of established and up and coming Australian and international talent, with this year’s lineup being no exception.

As always, Laneway has provided us with a killer lineup and remains one of the few festivals in Australia where music is truly the main purpose. Looking at the set times and stage allocations is both thrilling and devastating upon realising it’s physically impossible to see everyone we want, unless Hermione decides to lend us her time-turner.
There are some extremely difficult decisions to be made – do you support your local faves or check out the international acts you’re unlikely to get the chance to see again for a while? We’re torn between local favourites Methyl Ethel or international indie-pop princess Mitski at the Sydney show.
