Kick back and soak up Run It By Me, the lush new release from Human Movement

Today Sydney production duo Human Movement reveal Run It By Me, their debut release through UK house heavyweights Defected.

The release comes just days after their announcement upon the Splendour In The Grass lineup, where they’ll be taking their newly assembled live set come July.

Sit back and soak in Run It By Me, the latest from Human Movement. Laid-back, smokey, and atmospheric, it’s house music at its most drinkable.

Run It By Me calls in the soulful vocal work of Eliot Porter, who previously appeared on Human Movement’s 2017 Kitsuné release Right Thang. He brings an understated, hooky flavour to their production yet again, leaving room in all the right places.

B-side Help A Brother Out is more club ready, harnessing a heavier kick and a lowriding bassline throughout. Listen to both tracks, plus their extended cuts, below.

Run It By Me serves as Human Movement’s only new cut of 2018, and the first since their 2017 single I Need.

After knocking out their set at Splendour, the guys are shooting across to the other side of the world on an EU tour. Playing Eden in Ibiza, Defected Croatia and a three-dayer in the South of France, it’s set to be a huge year for Human Movement.
