Here are the artists set to rep Australia at SXSW 2018

The first round of artists set to showcase their talents at SXSW 2018 has just been announced. And amongst the first wave of 200 plus artists performing at next year’s festival you’ll find a slew of Australia’s finest.

Gang of Youths, Stonefield, Stella Donnelly and Dean Lewis are amongst the 19 artists set to rep Australia at SXSW 2018.

Aussies jetting off the Austin, Texas next year to perform include Gang of Youths, Stonefield, Dean Lewis, Jade Imagine, Voyager, Sloan Peterson, Stella Donnelly, Totally Mild, Ruby Fields, Brightness, Castlecomber, Jess Ribeiro, RVG, Hatchie, Bad Pony, Cursed Earth, Fatai, Benji Lewis and Lolo Lovina.

They will be joining a huge lineup of acts plucked from 32 countries around the world, including Higher Brothers, Rich Chigga, Snail Mail, Moses Boyd, DYGL, Lucy Rose, Marlon Williams, The Wedding Present and heaps more.

The conference side of the event was announced this week too, with Keith Urban, Spotify’s chief content officer, Stefan Blom, Tech-Crunch’s editor, John Constine, and director Darren Aronofsky all on the bill.
