Live music is a commodity that is squandered daily by the man and his government. All too common and ever-augmenting nanny state laws are rising in the consciousness of discerning music enthusiasts not only in Sydney but those outside who may be able to hear the faint, growing rumble of the government’s fun-proof tanks coming to crush the luscious diverse forest that is Australia’s live music scene. What, then, can we mere mortals and talented artists do?

The answer is simple and is being put into practice by psych veterans, Buried Feather. Resolved to persevere and fight for human experience over safety, connection over comfort. Continue the retaliation of harmonious, joyous nights of singing, dancing, drinking and being merry that is truly one of the pivotal stitches in the fabric of our society.

Buried Feather are bringing their unique brand of psychedelic rock to venues in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide to prepare for the release of their new album.

Buried Feather are flying their flag high in venues throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide in a self proclaimed ‘Mini tour’ in support of an upcoming album due in March. Longtime friends of the Happy community, Buried Feather have been showering us in psychedelic goods for the last few years and have reminded us of the glory of timeless psychedelic gods by emulating their old school style in a modern format.

Drawing comparisons to the likes of Pink Floyd is nothing to giggle about and should not be taken lightly; these boys take their craft seriously and will undoubtedly convince many an unsuspecting punter throughout their tour.  After slowly building a loyal group of like-minded psych worshipers with their previous efforts, Buried Feather are set to raise the bar higher yet with this string of shows and build anticipation to a veritable frenzy by the time the album is ready to drop.
