Horror fan? Flying Lotus’ debut film Kuso is almost available for you to watch, if you’re brave enough

Flying Lotus has made a horror film and from what we’ve heard so far, it’s gross as f*ck.

The debut feature film from the Warp Records signee Kuso will be coming to the horror streaming platform Shudder this summer.

With such twisted storyline, at least the Kuso soundtrack makes sense, featuring music from Aphex Twin, Akira Yamoaka of Silent Hill fame, Captain Murphy, Thundercat and more.

The full-length feature film named Kuso is due to be released July 21 through the horror steam platform, Shudder. Starring Zack Fox, Tim Heidecker, Hannibal Buress, George Clinton and more, Kuso tells the tale of the nightmarish aftermath of Los Angeles’ worst earthquake and those who were unfortunate enough to survive.

This film is not for the faint-hearted, with people reportedly walking out mid-movie at Sundance thanks to the extremely graphic, grotesque scenes. Some of these scenes included sickening mutations of genitals, as well as one character having sex with a boil.

“I love Shudder. Best curation of horror films and weirdo shit,” said Lotus. “Kuso will sit next to Tetsuo: The Iron Man??? And Visitor Q? That’s a good home.”

With such twisted storyline, at least the Kuso soundtrack made more sense, featuring music from Aphex Twin, Akira Yamoaka of Silent Hill fame, Captain Murphy, Thundercat and more.
