Festival season was already in full swing at Spilt Milk 2018

Over the weekend, Canberra brought out a full serving of sunshine and good times at Spilt Milk 2018.

The festival has quickly become a cornerstone of the capital’s music culture, a once-per-year bonanza that draws fans from all over Australia. We were there, fanning ourselves at the Bacardi El Coco Tropical Danceteria, a pop-up bar you’ll be seeing at a select few festival destinations this summer.

Bacardi’s party at Spilt Milk 2018 was a time to remember, ringing in the talents of CLYPSO, Kwame and more to deliver a sun-drenched dance party worthy of the Aussie festival season.

Between sets from Jack River, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and heaps more, it was a perfect opportunity to have a cheeky mojito and see some music in a more intimate setting.

Bacardi El Coco Tropical Danceteria returns to Glenworth Valley’s Lost Paradise from December 28 to January 1, and the Central Coast’s Mountain Sounds from February 15 to 16. Until then, check out what happened below.
