Fat White Family tease new album Serfs Up!

Seeing Fat White Family live back in 2016 was an experience like no other. By the time the show wrapped up, my t-shirt was drenched in sweat, red wine and mandarin juice. I threw the shirt out, but the gig still holds up as one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Known for their debauched lyrical content and wild live sets, the band have been causing controversy for years. Now for the first time since 2016, it looks like they’re gearing up to release another album. We’re pretty bloody excited.

With a new Game Of Thrones-style video, Fat White Family have unveiled the first teaser for their new album Serfs Up!

In a new Game Of Thrones-style video, the band have teased their next album, which appears to be titled Serfs Up! While the clip does not explicitly say that Serfs Up! is the title of the record, video director Niall Trask uploaded a behind-the-scenes image confirming that it is the name of the LP.

Last time the band were in the country, they were evicted from Splendour In The Grass. Frontman Lias Saudi performed the set naked, and later, members of their party were found to be passed out in the backstage area.

With a new album officially on the way, here’s hoping Fat White Family make their way down under again soon. Watch the new teaser video above.
