Faith No More‘s keyboardist, Roddy Bottum and his one-act Sasquatch: The Opera, will premiere in Brooklyn next month.
According to the Experiments in Opera listing: “The story is about a small town family’s ‘Bigfoot Tours’ and the fallout when their daughter runs away with the real Sasquatch. Part folklore, part love story, the opera follows the demise of the family and a taboo love affair that blossoms in its aftermath.”
Experiments in Opera: Story Binge is a performance of seven operas across two nights at the Roulette, Brooklyn from April 1st to April 2nd.
