Electric Gardens announce Underworld, Erick Morillo and more on their 2019 lineup

UPDATE: Electric Gardens have announced Paul Van Dyk, MaRLo, GRUM and Sean Tyas in a second announcement. Check out the full lineup below.

Since 2016, Electric Gardens have been bringing some of the world’s best electronic performers to Australia. Past events have featured the likes of Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx and Eric Prydz, so you know they’re not mucking about.

Today they drop the first taste of their 2019 lineup, and it’s absolutely huge.

Electric Gardens are going big in 2019, bringing Welsh heavyweights Underworld to Australia for the first time since their Sydney Opera House show.

Underworld will be gracing Aussie shores for the four events in January 2019. The Welsh duo shot to the world stage with Born Slippy, an unforgettably euphoric track which featured in the original Trainspotting soundtrack.

“The energy Down Under is second to none, shared Underworld’s Karl Hyde, “we’re excited about our return and we’ll be taking everyone on a journey at each and every one of the shows.”

Erick Morillo will be returning to Electric Gardens after a heated 2016 performance. He’ll be joined by Eats Everything, plus local showings by Bag Raiders, Set Mo featuring Woodes, Asta, and Thandi Phoenix.

The lineup is by no means complete, so be sure to keep an ear to the ground for updates.

Tickets are on-sale Tuesday October 2. For information about pre-sale, pricing, and more, head to Electric Gardens’ website.
