Crate diggers, unite: Newtown Record Fair returns in February

Crate diggers, unite! Newtown Record Fair returns again in February for a day of vinyl, craft beer, delicious food and live music.

The first Saturday of every month is set aside for the pop-up record fair at the Bank Hotel in Newtown. Over 10,000 vinyl records are on offer by a group of passionate collectors who make their way from all over the city to the event.

Make sure you keep Saturday, February 2nd free. Newtown Record Fair returns for another monthly pop-up at the Bank Hotel on King Street.

Record enthusiasts will have the opportunity to dig through crates of collectables from 11 am to 4 pm, with a kitchen and bar at hand for the inevitable hunger and thirst that comes with hours of searching.

Hosted by Sydney community radio station 2SER, the Newtown Record Fair is the Inner West’s only monthly record pop-up, bringing the community together over a mutual love of music, arts, beer and culture.

If you can’t make the fair in February, the next record fair will be held on Saturday, March 4.
