Eyes of the World: Grateful Dead Photography 1965 – 1995 collects the work of more than 60 photographers, co-edited by ex-Relix editor-in-chief Josh Baron and famed rock photographer Jay Blakesberg.

The band’s career spanned 1965 through to 1995, when they disbanded following the death of their vocalist and lead guitarist Jerry Garcia. They were an instrumental force of the countercultural movement which dominated the late ’60s, and their influence has yet to stop reverberating through rock music’s cannon.
