The Black Seeds, Timberwolf, and West Thebarton lead an incredible 2018 Blenheim lineup

How does a weekend of good times and dancing with some of Australia and New Zealand’s best bands sound? Yep, sounds pretty good to me too.

Blenheim festival returns for 2018, descending upon the picturesque greenery of the Clare Valley to deliver you rollicking good times and pure musical bliss.

Blenheim 2018 is here to deliver you some of the nation’s best bands in one of the nation’s most scenic locations. You don’t wanna miss out.

Headlined by New Zealand funk, soul, and reggae outfit The Black Seeds, Adelaide 7-piece West Thebarton, singer-songwriter Mojo Juju, Adelaide folk master Timberwolf, and Sydney genre-mashing wizards Bootleg Rascal, Blenheim 2018 boasts a lineup of absolute legends from all across the country, and abroad.

Over the festival’s two-day duration, not a single clash will take place, so you can catch full sets from every artist on the lineup. How refreshing is that?

Since the festival’s inception seven years ago, it has been not-for-profit. Instead, the festival organisers choose to help those less fortunate. This year they will be supporting New Hope Cambodia alongside local charities.

We first learnt of New Hope Cambodia through Tim Siv from Clare who has an amazing story of how his family escaped the Khmer Rouge in the late ’70s, and eventually, after spending time in a Thai refugee camp, emigrated to Adelaide,” says the festival.

Last year Blenheimfest donated $14,800 to the cause, and have since their beginnings donated a total of $76,000 to various charities and organisations.

So do yourself (and a lot of others) a favour and head on down Blenheimfest. You won’t regret it.
