Included in the new speaker line-up announcement are Brandon Haas of BMI, Third Side Music’s creative licensing manager Caitlin Veitch, Beggars Group’s head of live Ruth Barlow, Warner Chappell Music’s director of A&R David Goldsen, Matt Wilkinson of NME, Jennifer Sullivan of memBrain’s  and the Believe Digital international officer Stephen King. These new additions will be joining previously announced speakers Peter Garrett, Adam Spark of Birds of Tokyo and Pitchfork’s Jess Hopper.

Last year’s keynote speaker, Justin Heazlewood, will be back for round two this year, with his sequal on how to survive as an artist in the music industry. On the line-up, BIGSOUND executive programmer Nick O’Byrne has said “The final line-up of BIGSOUND 2015 is something that we’re really proud of. This is the most influential and diverse array of international music industry representatives that we’ve ever assembled in Australia while our local delegation grows stronger each year. We’ve also put together a conference program which is at times practical, at times thought-provoking and at all times progressive.”
