Isle of Dogs

Wes Anderson’s stop-motion doggo odyssey ‘Isle of Dogs’ just got its first trailer and it looks incredible. Watch it below.

As you might remember, the film is a stop-motion animation in the vein of the brilliant Fantastic Mr. Fox. Now we  also know it’s based in Japan, and follows the story a young boy as he searches for his dog, Rex, who has been quarantined on a place called Trash Island on government orders after an flu epidemic is blamed on the overpopulation of dogs.

The twelve year old boy, Atari Kobayashi, hijacks a plane and flies to Trash Island to find Rex, and is joined by a band of dogs, voiced by the likes of Bryan Cranston, Bill Murray and Jeff Goldblum to help.

Yeah, it’s going to be epic. Watch the trailer below. Then try and forget about it, becuse the movie isn’t going to be out until March 2018.
