Watch Chance the Rapper, Ziggy Marley and Stephen Colbert perform their version of the Arthur theme tune

Up there with Rugrats and Pokémon in the running for catchiest theme song of your childhood, the Arthur theme offered up a total ear worm which drilled it’s way into our heads and refused to leave, even after a decade.

While Chance the Rapper remixed the track in 2014 and has been performing it live since, this is the first “official” music video for his version, with big thanks to Stephen Colbert and Ziggy Marley.

After many years, let the Arthur theme tune worm it’s way back into your head with this wholesome and nostalgic video.

What many people didn’t know was that the original theme was written and Ziggy Marley, son of reggae’s undisputed king Bob Marley.

The video sees Colbert, Chance and Marley team up in a lighthearted trip through Arthur’s bright and animated world. It’s as jubilant as you remember and, of course, just as catchy as ever.

…and I said “Hey! What a wonderful kind of day.”
