King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard have just dropped an insane new video for Countdown, which took 300 hours and 2453 hand-drawn frames to complete.

Created by their long-time visual mastermind, Jason Galea, the video is a customarily psychedelic hand-drawn animation that took close to 300 hours and 2453 frames of drawing to complete. Watch it below.

The clip comes just weeks after King Gizzard announced the 2017 edition of Gizzfest, their annual self-curated travelling festival. This year, Gizzfest will not only be hitting up the Australian capitals, but also Byron Bay and Newcastle, with King Gizzard headlining alongside Japanese psych lords Kikagaku Moyo, plus La Luz, The Murlocs, and heaps heaps more.

Sketches of Brunswick East is now available on CD and digitally and will be available on vinyl from 25th September. Get it here.
