It seems as though SAFIA is on just about on everyone’s radar at the moment. Their massive sold out, 23-show tour that they are currently on speaks for itself, and after the success of their singles Counting Sheep and Embraing Me, SAFIA have dropped some news that will make fans love them even more.
They have announced that their debut album will be released early next year, with some new material coming to us before the end of the year.
Speaking to triple J, SAFIA vocalist Ben Woolner said “Yeah we’ve just been chipping away. All the songs are written, it’s just the polishing stage, which sometimes takes qute a bit of time just making it pretty and nice”.
