It’s been 1 year since Tame Impala released the revolutionary Currents which saw them propelled from Australia’s not-so best kept secret into full-blown global superstars.
Tame Impala have just teased that a deluxe version of Currents is coming in celebration of its 1 year anniversary.
To mark the special day, Kevin Parker posted a message on his Instagram offering an “endless thank you to everyone who got onboard ” and then went 0n to tease that a special deluxe version of Currents was on its way:
“1 year since this album was released! Feels like a lifetime ago but also like it was yesterday at the same time. Needless to say i didn’t predict the effect it would have on my life… and other peoples too it seems…. Endless thank you to everyone who got onboard. PS. Deluxe + B sides in the works! Stay tuned..”
