PREMIERE: Feeling lost? Find yourself within The Rollercanes’ new single I Know You’re Lonely

Out of Melbourne, indie rockers The Rollercanes have released single I Know You’re Lonely  ahead of their much anticipated debut album release, scheduled for later this year.

With a distinct pop rock thread, I Know You’re Lonely  takes a yearning, emotional journey through crashing drums and sharp guitar.  The almost Brit-pop vocal lilt of frontman Daniel Wright belts with a supreme confidence, defying their youthful garage band sound.

Punctuated with gripping solos and catchy hooks, I Know You’re Lonely is just the teaser we needed to get amped for the impeding album.

The Rollercanes worked alongside Daniel “Caz” Caswell at The Alamo and Joe Carra at Crystal Mastering in the production of the single, and we can no doubt expect the same production quality in the album.

I Know You’re Lonely  explores youth, loss and love honestly and without hesitation.

“Hey they’re only wasted years
And you can act like it don’t mean shit to you
And if it seems I’m on my knees
Well I’m just trying to bring some hope back
to you”

Forging a dialogue between partners, the track speaks only too clearly to those young in love and searching for purpose.

Just as the weather cools, Melbourne music is heating up, take a listen and get swept up in the romantic sweaty pop rock that is The Rollercanes and I Know You’re Lonely.

I Know You’re Lonely will be available on Spotify and other streaming services on May 12th via Main Offender Records.
