As if it weren’t already ‘Big Enough’, Laneway Festival adds Kirin J Callinan, POND, and more

As if it weren’t big enough,  Laneway Festival 2018 just got even bigger, with seven new acts joining the already impressive lineup.

After announcing the addition of the group responsible for the Stranger Things theme, S U R V I V E, the festival organisers have gone and just straight up outdone themselves with the announcement of some real heavy hitters.

Just in case you weren’t already satisfied, Laneway Festival have just taken their already solid lineup to another level.

Perth psych rock heroes POND will be jumping aboard the bill, treating all cities to their energetic live show.

And you may want to strap yourself in, because the bizarre Kirin J Callinan will also be gracing the festival stage in all cities excluding Fremantle. Callinan will be joining his friend and casual business associate Alex Cameron, who is already a part of the lineup.

If you are heading along to Fremantle, however, you’ll be able to catch the phenomenal Stella Donnelly, who just picked up a J-Award for Unearthed Artist of the year, and features on the front cover of the next issue of our magazine.

And yes, this is all on top of a lineup that already includes Mac Demarco, The War on Drugs, Wolf Alice, Father John Misty, and plenty of others.
