Foo Fighters set to share unreleased tracks for Record Store Day

Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters will be releasing four experimental tracks on the upcoming Record Store Day, April 18.

The 10-inch vinyl, Songs From the Laundry Room, features demos Alone, East Target, Big Me, a cover of Kim Wild’s Kids in America and an unreleased song called Empty Hands. The single Empty Hands was recorded in the 1990s at Barrett Jones’ Laundry Room Studios, Seattle.

According to an interview with the Rolling Stones, the tracks were an “experiment for fun”.

Dave is the official ambassador of Record Store Day 2015, a day which celebrates the culture of the independently owned record store.
