Dig deep and help rebuild these kindergartens in Fiji!

As you have probably heard by now, the effects of Cyclone Winston in Fiji have been devastating, destroying homes, schools and towns, with the death toll still rising.

Two casualties of the cyclone were Nalauwaki Kindergarten and Vatusekiyasawa Kindergarten, which Lucy Dayman and her father helped fund and build. Dayman has now started a Go Fund Me campaign, to help fund the re-building of these schools.

Nalauwaki Kindergarten was founded in 2009, shortly followed by Vatusekiyasawa in 2013. Both schools were more than just places of learning, but provided parents with a meeting space, a tourist detsination for patrons of the nearby Octopus Resort in Nalauwaki, and Vatusekiyasawa also had a basic first aid clinic for the village.

All money raised will go directly to purchasing materials for the buildings, which will now be constructed with bricks and concrete to withstand any future national disasters.

Check out the campaign here and what each donation, no matter how small, can help to provide.
