Spicy Melbourne duo CASH gear up for a ripper new single and a string of shows to celebrate

CASH, the colossal collab between Cassie Hope and Ash Acid, have announced the release of their forthcoming single Ashes & Bones. And they’re kicking off a huge tour to celebrate.

Taking notes from The White Stripes or DZ Deathrays, CASH are the rare rockers who make two sound like six, heaving with a full-band noise and a shit ton of primal energy every time they plug in. They’re not the kind of ladies you want to miss.

The voltage of Zeppelin, the rhythm of Rage Against the Machine and the presence of No Doubt: find out why Melbourne’s live scene is going crazy for CASH.

Born in the streets of Melbourne, CASH have made sure they’re profoundly familiar with their local haunts ever since. Playing every other weekend to a steadily growing crowd of adoring, messy locals, they’re bringing the kind of rock ‘n’ roll energy many thought was long gone.

Counting everyone from Lady Gaga to Joan Jett amongst their luminaries, they’re in the business of ripped, ragged and raunchy rock straight out of the golden era, ready at any given moment to send a crowd ricocheting of the walls of whichever pub show they’re setting on fire.

Primarily hitting dates around Victoria with a short hop to Brisbane, their tour presents a heavy helping for the next couple of months. For a little dose of what to expect, check out their 2016 single Lightning Striking below, and keep an ear out for Ashes & Bones on September 29th.
