Fall in love with The Beach Boys all over again as a ton of rare live tracks are unearthed

Just in time for the long hot Aussie summer, The Beach Boys have unearthed a ton of rare live recordings from 1967.

The release will be available to stream or download and features two new retrospective sets; 1967 – Sunshine Tomorrow 2: The Studio Sessions and Live Sunshine – 1967.  This follows on from their release in June this year titled 1967 – Sunshine Tomorrow.

The Beach Boys

Important moments include The Beach Boys a cappella versions of Heroes and Villains, the never before released Tune L and outtake Good News.

All three records document their iconic Pet Sounds period, Live Sunshine being home to 109 live recordings, most of which have never been released.

This is massive news for any Beach Boys fan and the Christmas timing could not have been more perfect. Here’s to the long beach days accompanied by this even more lengthly dope release.
