360 shares emotional video outlining his recent drug addiction and mental health issues

Melbourne rapper 360 has taken to Facebook to share a video, titled I’m Sorry, which details the struggles of addiction and mental health issues he has faced over the past year.

Posting the statement “exactly 1 year ago i was on tour, something happened and i had to cancel the rest of the tour. This is what happened…” along with the video, his explains his addiction of “90 pills daily of Nurofen plus” is what caused him to postpone his Utopia tour. He goes on to rap “All of this was mid tour. I can’t play in this form, having shit thoughts like I’ve got nothing to live for. I was a zombie, I couldn’t feel nothing.”

The video is brutally honest, with the rapper explaining he spent a month in a detox centre where he was placed on suicide watch.

Since posting the video and receiving overwhelming support, 360 said “The response to this video has been extremely insane and has left me speechless, thanks so much.” He also posted some advice for anyone who is experiencing a mental illness:
