Today is a good day. Sydney psych heroes The Laruels have a brand new track, and they are celebrating by playing a bunch of shows with none other than Nick Allbrook.
The track is called Zodiac K, and is the freshest slice from the delicious pie that will be their second record, due out later this year. While maintaining the magic of The Laurels’ past work, the track is a bit of a step forward, moving away from the shoegazey wall of sound that was Plains into something a little more refined, a little more mystical and a little more electronic. It’s bloody brilliant.
